Cancellation Policy:

To ensure efficient scheduling and fair compensation for our cleaners, we enforce the following cancellation policy:

• 24-hour notice: Required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% of scheduled service fee.
• No-show or same-day cancellation: 100% of scheduled service fee.
• Refunds: Issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, minus any processing fees.
